QPin respektiert und schützt Ihre Privatsphäre. Diese Richtlinie erklärt den Umgang mit Ihren Daten.

1. Erhobene Dateien

QPin ist ein Hardware-Zubehör. Unsere App sammelt nur Basisdaten für die Standortsimulation. Wir speichern keine Standortverläufe und verkaufen keine Daten an Dritte.

2. Hardware-Level Datenschutz

QPin simuliert GPS-Signale auf Systemebene über Hardware. Ihre Daten sind durch die nativen Sicherheitsmechanismen von iOS geschützt.

3. Website-Nutzung

Diese Website verwendet essenzielle Cookies. Wir nutzen anonyme Analysen (z.B. Google Analytics) zur Leistungsoptimierung.

4. Support and Order Data

When you contact support, we may process order numbers, device model, iOS version, screenshots, and messages only for customer service, troubleshooting, refunds, warranty, and delivery follow-up.

5. Contact for Privacy Questions

For privacy or account data questions, contact Telegram @aws51cloud or LINE line3733735. Do not send passwords, Apple ID credentials, or sensitive third-party account data.

6. Restock Notification Emails

If you request a restock alert, we process your email address, language, site, consent version and confirmation timestamps using AWS DynamoDB and Amazon SES. We send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, one QPin Hardware restock notification; this does not subscribe you to marketing or reserve stock. Unconfirmed registrations expire after 7 days and confirmed registrations after 180 days. Cancel via the email link or contact support. We remove the address from the active list after cancellation or notification. Hashed anti-abuse counters expire within 2 hours, and delivery identifiers without email addresses expire after 400 days. Database expiry cleanup may be delayed; recovery backups may retain previous records for up to 35 days. We do not send your email address to analytics.
