QPin is intended for privacy protection, development testing, and LBS game demonstrations. Users should use the device in compliance with local laws and the terms of service of the target applications.

2. Disclaimer

QPin is only responsible for the location simulation functionality of the device itself. QPin is not liable for account bans or restrictions resulting from violations of third-party terms (e.g., Pokémon GO, Uber).

3. Warranty & Returns

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year hardware warranty. Damage due to unauthorized disassembly, water ingress, or force majeure is not covered.

4. Refund and Return Window

Hardware orders include a 7-day return window after delivery when the product is complete, undamaged, and returned according to support instructions. Software activation and digital delivery issues are reviewed by support based on activation status and order records.
