利用規約

QPinを使用することにより、以下の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 利用規約

QPinは、プライバシー保護、開発テスト、およびLBSゲームのデモンストレーションを目的としています。ユーザーは、現地の法律および対象アプリケーションの利用規約を遵守してデバイスを使用する必要があります。

2. 免責事項

QPinはハードウェアの位置シミュレーション機能に対してのみ責任を負います。第三者の規約（Pokémon GO、Uberなど）の違反によるアカウント停止や制限について、QPinは一切の責任を負いません。

3. 保証と返品

7日間の返金保証と1年間のハードウェア保証を提供します。不正な分解、浸水、または不可抗力による損傷は保証対象外です。

4. Refund and Return Window

Hardware orders include a 7-day return window after delivery when the product is complete, undamaged, and returned according to support instructions. Software activation and digital delivery issues are reviewed by support based on activation status and order records.

5. Support Channels

For order, activation, setup, shipping, or warranty questions, contact Telegram @HashCloud8 or LINE line3733735. Include your order number, device model, iOS version, and screenshots so support can verify the case quickly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

QPin Hardware supports global ordering except countries or regions affected by active war. Delivery time varies by destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.
